The municipal water supply pipe network pressure is limited,the current high-rise building water generally need secondary adding pressure water supply to ensure stability,but due to the floor,building height,water demand,water supply of high-rise building requirements increasing,to protect the water and save the cost of business operations optimization has become an important task of the water supply enterprise inevitable.The traditional secondary adding pressure water supply technical limitations,can not meet the requirement of water quality and people's increasing demand and stable,and can not make full use of residual pressure,study new pressurized water supply have become the focus of attention by.The superposed water supply laminating technology has solved the above problems in a certain range.The utility model has the advantages that the utility model can utilize the residual pressure of the municipal pipe network to save energy and adopt a completely closed pipeline system,and compared with the traditional secondary adding pressure technology,the probability of water pollution can be effectively reduced.Because of its wide application prospect and effective economic report,it has become the secondary adding pressure water supply technology widely used all over the world.Firstly,the domestic and foreign research status of secondary pressurized water supply is analyzed in detail,and the basic principle of superimposed pressure water supply technology is analyzed and described in detail.Next,the system of secondary pressurized water supply pumping station is analyzed in detail from the two main factors of economy and security.The main factors affecting the economy and security of secondary pressurized water supply system are obtained,and the reasonable mode of secondary pressurized water supply for residential quarters is obtained.Secondly,the system of superimposed water supply secondary pressurized pumping station is optimized from two factors of economy and safety.The selection of system parameters of superimposed water supply secondary pressurized pumping station is analyzed in detail from two parameters of flow rate and head.At the same time,the optimum design process of flow stabilization device,pressure stabilization device and energy saving optimization in superimposed secondary water supply is considered.The matters needing attention and suggestions for water hammer and water quality safety in the design process of superimposed water supply pumping station are given.Finally,taking a high-rise residential district in Shenyang as an example,the design scheme of the superimposed pressure water supply secondary pressurization system proposed in this paper is exemplified,and the comparative analysis of the design schemes is made from the aspects of economy and security.The engineering application example shows that the optimal design scheme of superimposed secondary water supply proposed in this paper is economical,feasible,safe and reliable.We can conclude that the first scheme has better technical and economic efficiency,with 1.16% lower power and 11.15% lower annual operating cost under the maximum operating conditions.
