Buildings constitute the main factor of the city,while the wall envelope is the largest share of the building,will affect the building interior hot and cold.In order to reduce energy consumption,we can improve the thermal performance of building envelope,in the summer can reduce the outdoor heat into the room,in the winter can reduce the loss of indoor heat,so that the building thermal environment can be improved,thereby reducing the building cold and hot Consumption.In China cold regions,due to large changes in indoor and outdoor temperature caused a change in the internal temperature of the envelope and heat and moisture transfer occurs,so bring the wall surface erosion and shedding,mold,leakage or even structural damage Therefore,this paper focuses on the condensation of heat and moisture coupled to bring the issue of analysis,in an attempt to solve practical problems.At present,China’s energy-saving design standards on the performance requirements of the wall mainly from thermal performance to make the appropriate provisions,but not the structure of the wet transfer to make the appropriate provisions.Therefore,in the design of building energy-saving moisture,sometimes only consider the building’s heat transfer,while ignoring the wet transfer,may lead to the use of the construction process in the later period there will be many problems.However,how to quickly determine whether the wall structure will be condensed is a problem,so many cases are in the event of the occurrence of the problem of the occurrence of the phenomenon of condensation of the wall structure will have a negative impact,After the remedy,this will be the life of the structure and the physical properties of materials within the impact.In this paper,based on the theory of wall-heat-moisture coupling transfer,the wall-wall heat and moisture simulation software can quickly determine whether the envelope will be condensed and show the water vapor pressure distribution line of the envelope.If condensation occurs,then you can determine the condensation of the interface,strength and heating during the insulation material weight allowable increment of humidity,in accordance with the obtained value to determine whether the insulation material allows the increment of humidity exceeds the standard.At the same time can also be carried out to optimize the design of a certain transformation,in order to solve the problem of condensation to provide help.After compiling the software,this paper also uses the method of theoretical calculation and experimental research to verify the software.At the same time,we can deeply feel the relationship between heat and moisture transfer in the wall Process,to strengthen its understanding.The second part of this paper also summarizes some of the commonly used wall envelope optimization method,at the same time give a practical case with wall thermal simulation software for analysis and transformation.Combining with the above research,we hope to analyze and optimize the problems caused by the heat and moisture transfer in the wall,and provide the corresponding help for the experimental research and engineering application.
