With the advances of technology,the rapid expansion of the economy in our country and the improvement of living standards,cars have become a necessity in life.Meanwhile,it will become more and more difficult to park a car with the vigorous development of vehicle industry and the huge growth of vehicle holdings.In the condition of unreasonable planning of many old districts and inefficient use of new districts,the intelligent automatic parking system emerges in the right moment.The intelligent automatic stereo parking lot has added intelligent control system,using PLC control system to find parking space and park the car automatically.It reduces the accidents in parking and cut down the gas exhaust emission,and it increases the rationality and the efficiency of the land utilization rate.The unmanned parking also insures the safety of the car,getting rid of scratch or other damage by other uncontrollable factors of owner comparing with the vintage parking progress.It is the development direction of carpark and will weed out the previous parking method in the coming decades because of the maturity of automatic control technology.As per the widely reading of the relative information at home and abroad,this article designs an automatic parking system based on PLC as the core of the control.It uses the cylindrical tower-type stereo carpark as the main structure,which occupies the least ground and highest land utilization rate among all the types in the market.It uses programmable logic controller to control the system which is the most widely used digital computing operation system in industry control and has a quite mature theoretical technology and wide using range.It is stable,safe and reliable.It use WinCC,the configuration software and host computer to monitor the system,combining with touch screen,making the system mo re modern and intelligent.It puts forward the application of fuzzy-PID algorithm to the speed and position of the carrier to control accurately which makes it improve the precision of the control obviously.In the end,analysis and optimize the accessing policy through queuing theory to improve the accessing efficiency.
