Automatic garage is the inevitable wayto solve this problem. The purpose of this study was to exp lore the moreintelligent and cost performance. Research results will be effective tosolve the problem of heavy vehicle parking.By on-the-spot investigation, the computer modeling analysis of thebasic method. Studies have used parking equipment, make improvementsfor stereo garage structure. driven by linear motor. According to the actualsize design part shape. By the Pro/e modeling and assembly for verify therationality of overall layout. Use the software of Workbench for analyzedmechanics.Design for the garage control scheme. Determine the requirements ofthe control system of garage. The structure, function and composition ofplanning control system. Design a garage sensor detection system. Themain test that the floors of vehicle position, height, load car, if any, forhook status inside the garage, video monitoring and security measures.Design for the garage control program. Choose S7-300series PLC asthe control center. By the STEP7software for hardware configuration.Determine the three-dimensional garage access process, according to theprinciple of access car process building control system diagram,distributed I/O points, using LAD language to write the main controlprogram, including motor control. Increase the function of text messagesfor garage control system.Siemens industrial software PCS7V8.0as the system software, usingthe integrated STEP7and the function of Wincc, connect the STEP7insideladder diagram program written with Wincc monitor drawn picture.Through observing the running status of equipment operation monitoringpicture, testing program, to carry on the functions of PC screen simulationrun. By the research, improving the garage transverse device structure,build the vertical elevating the three-dimensional garage control scheme,design the control program, complete the PC monitor simulation, improvedfeatures. Computer simulation results show that the method is feasible,and has positive significance to the development of parking equipment.
