With the increasing demand for energy,the problem of energy shortage has become increasingly prominent,and the traditional fossil energy can not meet the needs of human social development.In order to prevent the emergence of energy crisis,the new energy represented by solar energy is becoming more and more widely concerned,and the application scope is becoming more and more extensive,which has become the hot spot of current research.But the output of photovoltaic cells is nonlinear and is easily influenced by the external environment,so the maximum power point tracking technology is introduced in the photovoltaic power generation system in order to improve the efficiency of power generation.This paper first analyzes the equivalent circuit of the photovoltaic cell theoretically and derives the mathematical model of the photovoltaic cell based on the equivalent circuit.The simulation model of photovoltaic cell is built using PSIM software.As an engineering model,the model can well reflect the output characteristics of photovoltaic cells under different external environment,and use the model to analyze the effect of light and temperature on the output characteristics of photovoltaic cells.Then this paper introduced the principle of maximum power point tracking in photovoltaic systems and several commonly used tracking algorithms.On the basis of comparing the traditional algorithms,a MPPT algorithm based on Fibonacci sequence is proposed,and the simulation model is built by using PSIM simulation software to simulate several traditional algorithms and the algorithm based on the Fibonacci sequence.The simulation results show that compared with the traditional algorithm,the proposed algorithm has faster tracking speed and more stable output characteristics.Finally build a hardware experiment platform.The Boost circuit board and peripheral circuits were manufactured using Altium Designer.Based on the control system of PE-Expert3 high speed power electronic control system produced by MyWay of Japan,the experimental platform for experimental small photovoltaic power generation system is designed and completed.Based on this experimental platform,we test the maximum power point tracking algorithm based on Fibonacci sequence to verify whether it is effective.Then using the P&O method and the MPPT algorithm based on Fibonacci sequence,the comparison experiments are carried out to calculate the generating capacity of the experimental platform of the photovoltaic power system under the control of the two MPPT algorithms.By comparing the experimental results,it is proved that the proposed algorithm based on Fibonacci sequence is more efficient than P&O.
