With the increasing development of railway transportation,it is growing rapidly in the amount,as well as the varieties of passenger traffic,which brings more and more pressure on the self-service equipment and manual window in the passenger station.In order to improve the service of railway station and satisfy the increasing demand of railway passenger,it's very necessary to construct the comprehensive self-service terminal of railway ticket.The terminal integrates abnormal scattered business,including Insurance purchasing,Taking set number via bank card,Inquiring the aleration of the seat and Station announcements,etc.As to all the constituents,the HMI system of the terminal is directly related to whether the passenger is willing to use the terminal and whether the operation successes in quickness and convenience.Moreover,it also indirectly affects whether developers and maintainers can effectively and timely resolve the problems in the terminal.Therefore,how to design and implement the HMI system of the terminal is the focus of this paper.The main contents of this paper are as following:1)Introducing the basic principles of Gestalt psychology,HTML5 and NW.js.By analysing HMI and the status of HMI of self-service terminals from domestic and abroad,it is suggested to design the interaction from the angle of psychology innovatively and take the basic principle of Gestalt psychology serving as the guiding principle of HMI;By comparing the features of Winform,Adobe Flash and HTML5,it is suggested to develop the interaction with HTML5.Furthermore,NW.js is adopted as the development framework,and its composition is studied.2)Explaining the hardware and software components and functions of the comprehensive self-service terminal of railway ticket.While analyzing the characteristics of public self-service equipment and personal consumption equipment,eight hardware components and three software system of the comprehensive self-service terminal of railway ticket are introduced.Meanwhile,the mainly functions be satisfied include: Insurance purchasing,Taking set number via bank card,Inquiring the aleration of the seat,Station announcements and other functions.3)Designing the architecture of HMI system for the comprehensive self-sevice terminal of railway ticket.Four functional modules constituting the architecture are designed in detail;For soft interface interaction of HMI system,designing the information structure and business process,the basic principles of Gestalt psychology are applied to design the wireframe of each page for the soft interface.4)Realizing the comprehensive self-sevice terminal's interactive system of railway ticket.The system is developed by the use of NW.js as the development framework,and HTML5.The four functional modules,including local file management,communication management,page information display and interface request processing,are completed.Then,the functional interface is shown from four aspects including Insurance purchasing,Taking set number via bank card,Inquiring the aleration of the seat and Station announcements.In a word,the comprehensive self-sevice terminal of railway ticket integrates abnormal scattered business,and each module has its clear division of labor,cooperates with each other and runs smoothly.In this way,it not only saves the cost of human resources,but also saves the cost of material and maintenance for the passenger station.Up to now,the terminal has been carried out relevant pilot work at certain passenger terminals,and the terminal is running in safety and stablity,and easy to operate,which in turn raises the service of railway passenger station.
