Computer-based Interlocking System(CBIS)is the core technical equipment of railway signal and the critical equipment which can guarantee traffic safety and enhance operational efficiency in railway transportation.The lifetime of device with system reliability is the focus point for people.This dissertation proposed a life research and calculation method of interlocking device,which based on the failure data of the maximum installed capacity and the longest running time of computer interlocking with dual modules hot spare that the operating time is up to 16 years and fault data number is more than 5000.Specifically,the following three aspects of the work are done.Firstly,statistics of failure data.Collecting accumulated field fault data of interlocking device and station maintenance data for many years,then screened,classified,matched and arranged,to get the failure data of the hardware fault board of the interlocking equipment.Afterwards,Analysis and statistics of the interlocking equipment board card into the wear-down time rangeSecondly,evaluate and study the reliability life of interlocking system.In this paper,the fault tree modeling method is used to predict the reliability life,and the fault tree is constructed for the safety components involved in the reliability of interlocking equipment,and the failure combination of the system sub-events is analyzed to find the minimum cut set,and then the structure function of the whole interlocking system and the reliability function of the system are obtained.The failure distribution function of each unit loss failure period is described with Weibull distribution,and the coefficients of each failure distribution function are calculated by the correlation coefficient optimization method.Then,the reliability life of a certain type of interlocking device is calculated.Thirdly,evaluate and study the economic life of interlocking system.Based on the research and analysis of the influence range and time,maintenance cost and other factors of computer interlocking system equipment failure,based on the cost method,this paper deduces the total cost calculation formula based on the polynomial description failure rate,and proposed the basic method to test the economic life assessment of the CBIS.After evaluating the average maintenance and maintenance costs of different interlocking equipment,the economic life of a certain type of interlocking device is calculated by using the economic life correlation algorithm proposed in this paper.
