In order to solve the energy crisis,increasingly tense and the present situation of the increasingly serious environmental pollution,represented by wind power,photovoltaic(pv)of clean energy in China rapid development,in order to realize the energy structure optimization,and unswervingly take the path of sustainable development has laid a new hope.With the advantages of flexible operation mode,independent controllable and green economy,micro grid can effectively eliminate clean energy,realize power management and improve power quality.However,the clean energy generation is intermittent,random and fluctuant.Large-scale landscape grid will pose a threat to the stable operation of the power system.Meanwhile,the capacity allocation of traditional energy storage system greatly increases the economic cost of micro grid,and energy storage potential of users' flexible load is not fully tapped.Aiming at increasing clean energy given rate,reduction of the network link power and loading peak clipping in valley.The purpose of building the micro network power supply energy storage configuration and user layer flexible load scheduling bi-level optimization model,study the use of flexible load as the virtual storage on the configuration of the energy storage capacity,the main work is as follows:Introduces micro network at home and abroad research status quo and future development direction,related to energy storage capacity allocation at home and abroad are summarized,flexible load as virtual storage and flexible load response of the research results,points out the existing problems and the insufficiency.Set up with the wind/light/micro network model of reservoir,this paper introduces the fan,pv,battery energy storage system working principle and working characteristics of ownership by means of electric equipment and equipment,energy consumption amount of the basis of analyzing the established residential load and flexible load model.Energy storage battery capacity configuration optimization model is established,with micro net power suppliers,net profit and clean energy given rate is maximum,change the problem of multi-objective fuzzy optimal theory into a single objective problem,develop a plan of SOC has to charge and discharge of storage battery,using particle swarm optimization(pso)algorithm to solve the energy storage battery capacity.Flexible load time-sharing electricity price response model is established,the flexible load can be divided into translation load and cutting load and mathematical modeling,respectively,by considering the user power utilization degree of comfort and economy as the optimization goal,the multi-objective fuzzy optimal theory into a single objective,with the improved particle swarm algorithm.Energy storage battery capacity configuration is established with the flexible load response of double layer optimization model,the upper under the premise of meeting the power supply reliability for power suppliers,net income and the largest clean energy given rate is maximum,the power of the lower level to the user comfort with the optimization target of maximum and minimum economic degrees between power suppliers and users of time-sharing electricity prices as the lower model is the connection bridge.Residential scenario for example analysis is built.I study the flexible load time-sharing electricity response energy storage battery capacity configuration,the required configuration of power suppliers from the power grid and purchasing power,the power suppliers,net profit,clean energy costs given rate,and the user's purchase of electricity and cut the peak valley load curve.
