Assembled shear wall structure is one of the widely used prefabricated structural systems in China,but there are many problems in its horizontal connection joints in engineering practice.Aiming at the existing problems,a new horizontal connection joint was proposed in this paper,and a seismic test of the new horizontal connection was carried out.Combined with the finite element simulation,the bearing capacity,failure mode and seismic performance of the joint were studied,the design and calculation method of the connection joints was set up and applied to the seismic test of the assembly type ribbed walls,achieved good results.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The characteristics of the existing horizontal connection joints of the shear wall were analyzed.On the basis of this,a new horizontal connection joint was proposed to connect the assembled shear wall plate with steel to solve the problems of inaccurate,irrigated and difficult to detect in the construction of the existing assembly type construction;And optimized the connection joint by finite element simulation.(2)The low-cycle reciprocating loading test of 2 1/2 scale test walls was conducted to study the failure modes,bearing capacity,ductility,stiffness degradation and energy dissipation capacity of the new joint,and the effect of the setting of the middle shear steel plate on the bearing capacity and failure mode of horizontal joint.The test showed that the connection joint meets the design requirements and has good seismic performance.The existence of the shear steel plate restricted horizontal slip,and made the failure mode change from shear slip failure to bending failure.(3)The finite element software was used to simulate the two test walls,and the calculated results were in good agreement with the test results.By changing various parameters,the influence of various factors on the seismic performance was explored.On the basis of this,the corresponding bearing capacity formula was put forward,and the validity of the bearing capacity formula was verified by comparison with the experimental results.Gave the design method and construction suggestion of this connection joint,and provided the basis for the engineering application of the horizontal connection joint of the precast shear wall.In this paper,the horizontal connection joints was verified in the multi-ribbed composite walls test.The test proved that the practical application effect was good and could effectively connect the test wall and the foundation.The research showed that the new horizontal connection proposed by the paper was safe and reliable,has good seismic performance,and it could effectively solve the existing connection problems of fabricated shear walls.
