With the rapid development of smart grid,On the one hand,we propose to create the quality of electric power of economy and high quality and low carbon green.On the other hand,it has vigorously developed new energy generation at the power generation side of the power system,and promoted the use of energy-saving electrical equipment on its user side.As a result,a large number of power electronic devices for nonlinear devices have been introduced in the power system,which seriously pollutes the power quality.In order to solve the pollution problem and achieve the goal of improving the power quality,the first task is to realize the detection and analysis of electric quantity,so it is very important to develop a power quality analyzer.In this paper,digital signal processing technology was applied to the detection of power quality,designed multi-functional portable power quality analyzer based on DSP chip TMS320F28335,which has circuit of simple and reliable,excellent and rich analytical function,clear and friendly the operation interface.It can not only detect and analyze the power quality,but also expand the instrument and equipment in the university laboratory,and provide the hardware platform for the innovation project of college students,which has certain engineering practical value.First,this paper begins with the research background and significance of development of power quality analyzer,and from the electricity acquisition technology,electricity signal processing algorithms and power quality analysis instrument three aspects this paper expounds the research status and development tendency,so the research direction was determined.Next,according to the national standard of the five indexes of power quality,the definition of each index and the allowable error are given.Then the causes and hazards of deviation of each index are analyzed respectively,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each indicator detection method are compared,thus a method is chosen which is easy to implement on DSP and ensures the precision of calculation.Among them,the analysis of FFT on base wave and harmonic wave is mainly introduced,which provides the theoretical basis for the subsequent programming.Secondly,based on the DSP experimental development box and its software development environment CCS,this paper completes the overall design of the software and hardware of the power quality analyzer.Among them,The hardware part consists of four modules:DSP core unit,synchronous signal acquisition front-end circuit unit,analog power acquisition front-end circuit unit and external communication interface unit and The software part consists of six modules:interrupt module,frequency measurement module,timer module,module conversion ADC module,power analysis calculation module and communication module.A system platform for collecting,measuring,analyzing and processing is set up.Thirdly,in this paper virtual instrument Lab VIEW is used to design the interface of system monitoring platform and presents the user with a simple and intuitive view,convenient operation,rich function and friendly interface.Then the function of Lab VIEW is used to debug serial communication and storage transfer data.Finally,through a lot of field test,record the test data and error analysis processing,validate the reliability of hardware circuit and the correctness of program design,and the accuracy of data collection is guaranteed within the national standard.At the end of this paper,the work of the development of the power quality analyzer is sorted out and Summarizing the design results.At the same time,it also points out the shortcomings and puts forward the direction of improvement and upgrade.
