Study On The Quality Control Measures Of High Friction Composite Brake Shoes For Railway Fright Car

High friction coefficient composition brake shoe,the key part of a braking system,is tightly related with the safety of railway freight.According to the results of CRCC product certification test and quality inspection,this paper analyzes the problems of product quality and puts forward the suggestion of product quality control.This paper mainly includes three parts as follow: problems of product quality,analyze the product quality factor,the suggestion of product quality control.According to the analysis and discussion on the research results,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)By analyzing the product certification test result and quality inspection,the main product quality problems of brake shoe are: “friction coefficient”,“metal mounting”,“the crack”,“thermogravimetric analysis” and so on.(2)The factors affecting product quality are analyzed from the aspects of raw material control,production process and product inspection and testing.(3)Some suggestions are put forward to control product quality from the aspects of product standard,production enterprise,product inspection quality sampling,etc.,and the work that needs to be further carried out.This paper embarks from the product certification,inspection results and quality sampling results,has been clear about the main product quality problems,and analyzes the factors affecting the quality of product,put forward the suggestions on the control of product quality,to ensure the quality of shoe products to provide the reference.
