With the rapid development of society and the emergence of high-rise buildings,The need for elevators is increasing. The world's first elevator has been invented for more than 100 years and the safety accident of people with elevator power failure has been occurring continuously since the invention of the elevator. These accidents have a serious impact on the physical and mental health in trapped people. The elevator industry needs further development. The most important problem to be solved is about the power-off of the elevator. At present, most elevator companies are investing a large amount of human and material resources to carry out research and development about how to make it possible to use the support of certain equipment in the situation of power grid failure or power failure to open the door and release the passengers on the closest floor. This thesis is about an elevator emergency device, especially designed for the problem of elevator power failure.During normal operation of the elevator, the device is in a dormant state and is completely disconnected from the elevator system.Once the device detects that the elevator is powered off,two 12V20Ah batteries are used as the energy source.By boosting and inverting the DC signal, the DC power of the battery is converted into an AC power source suitable for use,so that the elevator can continue to operate. At the same time, the elevator will reach the related close level, release the passengers and lock the elevator. This will fundamentally eliminate the safety problems that may be caused by the power failure of the elevator. The elevator emergency device is based on SPWM modulation technologgy. The hardware device consists of DC/DC push-pull boost module,DC/AC inverter module, charging module, and main monitoring module.DC/DC push-pull boost module converts battery 24V DC voltage to 570V high DC voltage; The DC/AC inverter module converts the high-voltage DC signal into a single-phase 380V/50Hz AC signal and is used directly by the elevator when the elevator is powered off;The SPWM modulation waveform required for inversion is generated by the EG8010 chip; The charging module charges the storage battery during normal operation of the utility to ensure the energy storage of the emergency device. The main monitoring module monitors the supply status of the grid at any time.Once the grid is powered off,the power-off signal is sent to the emergency device in the fastest time. The main technical parameters of the device:input 24V20Ah DC voltage, output 380V/50Hz single-phase sinusoidal AC voltage, output power 300W,conversion efficiency of 85%or more.
