In recent years,with the sustained development of economy in China,people has lived more and more abundant,the demand for travel traffic has gradually increased.Due to natural or man-made factors,the frequent natural disasters in the world has caused great loss of life and property to the society and became a common challenge for mankind.China has been a mountainous country,with mountainous areas accounting for 70% of the total land area.Mountain cities has played an extremely important role in our national economy and social development.When the disaster occurs,the mountain urban road network has been the infrastructure of the mountain city and an important channel for the emergency evacuation of the vehicles.First of all,taking mountainous city road network as the research object,according to the unique landform and characteristics of mountainous cities,the layout characteristics,structural characteristics and three-dimensional characteristics of urban road network in mountainous area has been expounded;According to the traffic characteristics of the urban road network in mountain areas,the diversity,traffic flow characteristics and vehicle driving characteristics of the urban road network traffic facilities in mountain areas has been introduced;The significance of road network analysis in mountainous cities has been described in detail.Secondly,Through the analysis of the morphological characteristics of the urban road network in mountain areas,the relationship between the boundary range of the outlet network and the road network road has been obtained by the analysis of the road network in the mountainous city;The concept of road network pathway in mountainous city has been introduced,and the matrix model of mountain city road network path has been established by used fluid theory.This paper the road network pathway method in the mountain area has been introduced,the concept and operation process of the road network pathway method has been expounded,and the extreme flow of the road network through the road network pathway method has been determined.The model has been solved by an example and realized in MATLAB.Thirdly,the impact of emergency on the urban road network in mountainous areas has been analyzed.Different types of emergencies have different destructive power on the road network,which has leaded to different time of evacuation on the road network.The regularity of traffic flow distribution in emergency has been introduced by this paper,and a traffic assignment model for urban road network emergency evacuation has been established based on the minimum cost and maximum flow method,and validates it with an example.Finally,the traffic evacuation strategy hae been studied.Finally,taking the emergency of a regional road network in Chong Qing as the background,the evacuation of the vehicles in the area has been carried out.Using the mountain city road network path method has proposed in this paper to calculate the regional road network,the minimum cost and maximum flow mathematical model has been used to distribute the road network traffic caused by sudden disasters,and the results of routine Trans CAD traffic assignment has ben analyzed and compared.Verify the feasibility of traffic allocation model calculation,and has put forward the corresponding evacuation measures for the traffic evacuation in the disaster area.
