Research On The Production Quality Management Of Warm Mix Materials Based On Foamed Asphalt

Foam warm mix technology as an important part of warm mix family,in addition to the warm mix technology,improve the mixture and ease,to extend the service life of the mixture,but also has no need to add any additional chemical additives,only 2% of the characteristics of asphalt quality,is a real "green" asphalt pavement technology.Foamed warm mix asphalt mixture is still in the exploration stage in our country pavement construction,has not formed the construction specification and the quality assurance system.Therefore,the research and Analysis on the production process and quality management of the foamed warm mix asphalt mixture will be the foundation for the popularization and application of foam warm mix technology in China.This paper is based on the research of the key technology of the research on the development and application of foam asphalt equipment,and through the analysis of the performance index and its influencing factors,and to determine the main quality control index of the foam asphalt mixture performance.Through the analysis of the domestic main warm mix of foam asphalt production equipment performance.In this paper,the influence factors of foaming properties were studied by CAE analysis,and the improvement scheme of the existing equipment for the production of foam asphalt was put forward.In this paper,the performance index and the influencing factors of the foamed warm mix asphalt mixture are analyzed,and the key index of the quality control of the production process is presented.The importance and the interaction of these indexes are analyzed by using the analytic hierarchy process.Through the research on the construction technology of the pavement construction quality control theory and the construction technology of the foamed warm mix asphalt,the quality control index system of the foamed warm mixed asphalt mixture is put forward.The innovative quality control theory and the PDCA method are applied to the production process quality management.Combining the construction standard of bubble warm mix asphalt material shop stage in mixing stage,stage of transport,spreading and compaction quality control requirements proposed in the whole construction process quality assurance measures.Through engineering examples,the key indexes of the performance of foamed asphalt and foamed asphalt mixture are strictly controlled,and the PDCA cycle method is used to carry out comprehensive quality management in the construction process,and the real-time monitoring of the whole construction process can be realized.
