China is a country with large energy consumption.Under the current situation where energy is becoming increasingly tight,China has already made a series of strategic plans for energy conservation and emission reduction.Building energy consumption accounts for a large proportion of energy consumption.China's energy consumption in building energy consumption needs to be further improved compared with developed countries.However,residents are increasingly demanding indoor comfort,such as air-conditioning and floor heating equipment.Basically,it has been popularized,and it is necessary to both improve living comfort and energy conservation and have always taken into account both aspects of building energy conservation.Centralized heat supply plays an important role in energy saving and emission reduction,and in improving the residential quality of residents.As a consumer who works as a heating company for heating companies,individual users are not only the users of the heating service but also the participants of the heating engineering,and they are of great significance to energy conservation in heating.The household heat metering system breaks the thinking of saving energy from the equipment and running the operation process,mobilizes a large number of users to participate in energy saving,and makes the heat fee the same as water and electricity.The heating user can timely control the room temperature according to his own needs.Energy savings can be achieved while achieving the desired level of comfort.This article first introduces the measurement method of the household heat metering system,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of each metering method,and the required equipment.Then,the operating conditions of the household heat metering system and the energy saving before and after the renovation of a district in Daqing were analyzed.Due to the user's autonomous control,the hydraulic operating conditions of the entire heating system are constantly changing,and the passive variable flow operation of the system makes the hydraulic imbalance problem more prominent.This paper analyzes the heat metering equipment selection and characteristics of the household heat metering system,the adjustability of the radiator heat dissipation effect,the characteristics of the user's different heating systems,and the modification conditions.A systematic analysis ofthe operation of the household heat metering heating system was carried out,and the reasons and solution for the hydraulic imbalance were discussed.Because the user's room temperature requirements and house type adjustment are different,the generated heat consumption is also different from the previous system,so the heating charging method will inevitably change.Finally,the energy consumption before and after the transformation of the pipe network system in a certain district of Da qing was taken as the object of study.The heating consumption before and after the renovation of the community was analyzed.The statistics of the user's heat consumption after the transformation were given.The apportioning method of the heating fee was given and the energy saving analysis of the separate household heat metering system was discussed.
