The Experiment Research Of A System Under The Control Of New Household Heat Metering Method

In our country household heat metering is on a beginning phase. The well rounded mode of heat metering system in Europe can not be fit to our country very well, so, we put forward a new on-off heat metering system. In the new system we depend on the electro motion vale which can control the temperature of the room. In this paper, the effect of the new regulating model of the on-off control on the heating characteristic of radiators, the result of room temperature control and the error of the heat meter are studied with the means of theoreticalanalysis and experimental test.In the article, we analyze the theories of the new heat metering system for the room and build up an experimental instrument to simulate it. During the experimental course, we can collect the useful data and analyze them, such as the temperature field of the testing room, the surface temperature of radiator, and the flow pressure in the system. In the paper we measure out the characteristic of the copper-aluminum alloy radiator in the steady state and have the steady characteristic drawing of the radiator. We also have analyzed the dynamic characteristics of the radiator, measured the surface temperature of radiator and have the result of the radiator's characteristic. Output the error character of heat measuring device during the transition course, and consider that there are really effections of new heat metering system. But there is no need to correct the heat meter error. We analyze the temperature patterns of the new system, and evaluate the heat comfort standard of the control room. It indicates that the temperature of the control room is comfortable.The result of the analysis will be the direction of new metering system of the new heat-providing system for house is applied in the practical application.
