In many industrial production and maintenance,it is necessary to test the parameters of electrical components.However,at present,many test instruments are single-function,expensive and difficult to carry.Therefore,it is very important to develop a smart instrument for measuring components RLC.The design is based on LABVIEW2009 software platform,the first data acquisition module parameter values are initialized and select the appropriate resistance.The use of Lab VIEW technology,the use of data acquisition module to collect data to achieve data acquisition,analysis,processing and display module data transfer between the measurement data more complete,easy to lose.Using Fourier transform theory,impedance spectroscopy analysis method and the method to measure the impedance of the device under test,and finally using an analog oscilloscope shows the waveform of the output signal voltage and the impedance of the device under test and impedance characteristics.Combined with the virtual instrument test technology and Lab VIEW software,the Lab VIEW RLC test system is developed and designed.By collecting the external signal,the voltage amplitude and phase are analyzed,processed and calculated,and the impedance value of the external device under test.RLC tester based on the entire program design is based on the formula algorithm,LABVIEW here is a formula to achieve the formula algorithm platform,because it and the data acquisition card with the acquisition of information,and through the software programming waveform display and data display,On the one hand,LABVIEW makes the dull formula algorithm upgrade to a clear image information.Programming in the front panel is mainly added the output waveform,buttons and read parameters of the development.First of all,since the program design requires a waveform output,the waveform is added on the front panel.An important element in the design of virtual instrument panels is the appearance of graphics.Finally,the simulation results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the real ones.The feasibility and reliability of the RLC test system based on Lab VIEW are verified.Finally,the design of the RLC test system is realized.Compared with other RLC testers,the test system uses Lab VIEW graphical programming language,easy programming,simple operation,human interaction,cost-effective,high precision,easy to expand,durability and reliability are very secure.
