Rotating machinery is one of the most widely used and most important equipment in manufacturing enterprises,and it is also the most vulnerable mechanical equipment.With the development of modern industry and science and technology and the further improvement of the degree of automation,the rotating machinery is developing towards the direction of large-scale,high-speed,continuous and automation.But once a rotating machine fails,it will lead to the failure of the enterprise to work normally,which often causes significant economic losses and even endangers personal safety.In this paper,LabVIEW2014 virtual instrument and AIC9000 rotor test instrument are built into an experimental platform for rotor fault diagnosis system.The fault signal acquisition and analysis system based on virtual instrument is designed,and the complementary total average empirical mode decomposition method is applied to the fault diagnosis of rotating machinery.It focuses on vibration signal acquisition and fault analysis of key parts of rotor system.The system has good economic and scientific significance in monitoring the running status of rotating machinery,safe operation and accident prevention.The common faults in the rotor system are rotor imbalance,rotor misalignment,rotor crack,oil film voracity,oil film oscillation,friction and mechanical loosening,the detailed fault mechanism and fault spectrum diagram presented in the case of failure are introduced.Based on EMD,EEMD and CEEMD,the fault bearing is analyzed and compared.The experimental results show that CEEMD is superior to the other two methods.
