At present,the pressure and flow measurement technology of the paste filling system is not yet mature,which seriously restricts the realization of the closed-loop control of the filling system.The filling flowmeter adopts an extensive flow measurement method,resulting in the waste of filling materials.Due to the high paste concentration and the large particle size of coal gangue,the contact sensors are easily worn out,and the pipelines are prone to pipe plugging accidents,causing huge economic losses to the coal mining enterprises.In view of this,this paper focuses on non-contact paste pressure and flow measurement technology.In this paper,by comparing and analyzing the three rheological models of Hooke,Newtonian and Saint-Venant models and their rheological equations,the rheological model of filling pastes is determined,which belongs to non-Newtonian Bingham body.By studying the flow characteristics of the filled paste,an approximate linear relationship between the flow rate of the filling paste pipe and the pressure difference of the pipe was obtained.The flow detection method of the filling pipe based on the pressure difference method was proposed,and the static deformation of the filling pipe was performed using the thin-walled cylinder model.Quantitative analysis validates the feasibility of differential pressure method in filling pipe flow detection.By analyzing the measurement error of the resistance differential pressure flow sensor,the idea of modeling the periodic measurement error and the aperiodic measurement error separately is proposed.The periodic measurement error model is established by using the Fourier series,and the non-period is established by using the support vector machine.For the measurement error model,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of the support vector machine and improve the measurement accuracy.Based on the above studies,a resistive differential pressure flow sensor design was completed.The paper developed the monitoring interface of the upper computer based on LabVIEW and realized the non-contact online detection of the pressure and flow of the filling pipeline.The analysis of the measurement curve of the resistive differential pressure flow sensor shows that the resistance type differential pressure flow sensor developed in this paper based on the differential pressure paste filling flow meter flow measurement technology can well realize the non-contact measurement of the filling flow.
