In the post-financial crisis era,the real economy dominated by the manufacturing industry plays an important role in the stability and sustainable development of the national economy.The sustainable vitality and steady growth of manufacturing industry mainly depend on the design and production of complex products with high technology content and high added value of products.However,in the context of the increasingly fierce market competition,enterprises need to deal with the design changes caused by customers and market changes in order to maintain the continuous market competitiveness and meet the customized needs of customers.Therefore,Enterprise usually take tasks and resources re-scheduling constraints of objective entity elements as a starting point,and neglect the important influence to the solution of the scheduling process that is derived from the psychological behavior of the designers.Then,it brings psychological negative emotions to all designers,reduce their work enthusiasm,affect the distribution of the design task,leading to the delay of design tasks,virtually causing the increasing invalid design cost.Therefore,in the process of complex product design,to ensure the efficient implementation of design change program,how to implement the redistribution of task and resource considering the designers' psychological behavior,is the enterprise problems to be solved.The mainly studies in this paper is as following:First of all,in the field of complex product design alteration,the study about human psychological behavior has always followed the standard financial research paradigm,and many non-standard empirical anomalies that exist in concrete practice are difficult to meet the hypothesis of rational economy.Therefore,from the perspective of human's bounded rationality,the Mental Accounting theory of behavioral economics which is used to explain this kind of vision,is introduced to deeply analyze the designer' mental account structure and the causes of its formation.Further,the internal relationship between mental account and satisfaction is analyzed based on the model of P--E(cognition-expectation),to study how it impacts the subjective initiative and positive emotion of the designers.Secondly,after determining the binary correspondence between the design task and the mental account structure,the function about effective profit of mental account is built on the base of BPT model.At the same time,according to the inherent characteristics of complex products-high coupling degree,the model that achieve the designers' satisfaction maximize and the last submitted task time minimize,was built by using the method of task decomposition and scheduling algorithm.Then multiple population genetic algorithm excelled in optimization results was designed,to improve the efficiency of solving the model.Finally,it is pointed out that the designers have different intensity of use preference for design resources driven by the utility income of mental account.Then,that how resource allocation affects the improvement of designers' satisfaction is analyzes.On the basis of this,the hybrid driven scheduling strategy that minimize the satisfaction bias and scheduling cost for the dominant resource was proposed.Further,combined with the constraints of objective entities,the two-objective model about resource redistribution is constructed.In addition,in order to meet the priority resource demand of front tasks,the time priority principle of the task is added to the algorithm of the model.
