With the slowing down of global economy, the degree of market competition is rising. Enhancing the level of manufacturing, especially the level of equipment manufacturing is an important way to increase the national competitiveness. Nowadays, the design and production capacity of complex product is the core element of equipment manufacturing. And how to improve the design and production capacity of complex product is the key issues which national and enterprise have to face. However, the customer’ requirement often changes and this situation can’t avoid in the design process of complex product. Because the complex relationship between product components and design task which make the design process more complex. This reason may lead to task tardiness, cost increase, and even the drop of design quality if we can’t deal with the problem well. Therefore,how to make quick and reasonable response is the key issues enterprise must face in the process of improving its design ability when product needs change happen. However, it is very hard for present design method and analysis tools to make comprehensive consideration for the design process, so is the related solutions in process optimization.Therefore, in order to provide one new solution, this article makes a further study for the quick response model under customer’s changing demand. This article will make a further study for the key technology, which aims at improve the quick response model of complex product design. And the key technology concludes: demand change request decision method, product configuration, dynamic task scheduling and real-time resource allocation etc.The main contents consist of the following parts:Firstly, quick responsible model under the customer demand change was studied. First of all, this article discusses the overall research thought; Then, analysis the basic characteristics of complex product design under the customer demand change, And a model is built based these characteristics; Finally, analysis the key technology of the model, while make further study in four aspects: requirement change request decision- making, product reconfiguration, dynamic task scheduling and real-time resource allocation.Secondly, decision method of customer demand change was studied. First of all, build the decision process model of customer demand change, and make research on the change propagation model based the complex network theory and this model. Build complex product structure network model and make analysis on its basic parameter according the related relationship of complex product. Build Customer- demand- characteristic model based on the relationship between customer demand and product characteristics. Make research on the transmission mechanism of customer demand in the process of complex product design based on above research. And put forward the evaluation index which could reflect the network topology, network convergence time and economic benefits. Make evaluation on its influence on the whole process from direct effect and indirect effect. Then, make decision according to the evaluation results. Finally, an example was given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of this chapter.Thirdly, complex product reconfiguration under customer requirement change was studied. First of all, according to the complex network theory, an analysis method of parts global commonality was proposed, and made the scientific classification of parts come true. Then, build a process model of product reconfiguration based on the similarity priority of the module; aiming at the reconfiguration of general parts, a UB-BU united optimization model in reconfiguration was built. The upper planning and lower planning optimization model was designed, and a hybrid genetic algorithm was proposed based on the Embedding double iterative comparison rules. According to the HIB and SIB rules, different reconfiguration model was built for the different problems. Finally, an example was given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of this chapter.Fourthly,dynamic scheduling method of Complex product design tasks was studied under the customer requirement change. First of all, taking fuzzy design task of the complex product into consideration, a dynamic scheduling mathematical model was built based on the characteristic of design task and the related definition was given. Then, a solving strategy of design tasks dynamic scheduling model was given base on the event-cycle combination drive theory. This model concludes definition of dynamic scheduling, process of hybrid and multi-objective scheduling algorithm of adaptive; Finally, an example was given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of this chapter.Fifth, real-time resource allocation of complex product was studied under customer requirement change. First of all, a resource allocation model was built and its definition and hypothesis were given. Then, a solution strategy of resource allocation was proposed based on the receding optimization. And this strategy concludes:definition of receding window, process of resource allocation and multi-objective scheduling algorithm of adaptive; Evaluation method of design task importance was proposed based on the frangibility of complex network, in order to enhance the efficiency of resource allocation; Finally, an example was given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of this chapter.
