With the rapid development of society,the energy demand of countries in the world is increasing day by day,the reserves of non-renewable energy such as petroleum are decreasing day by day,countries begin to pay more and more attention to the development and utilization of new energy.Green energy,which is widely used,is more popular around the world.However,because of the randomness and volatility of wind energy,wind power grid will be greatly impacted when wind power is connected to the grid,and wind power generation cannot be used on a large scale.Energy storage technology can solve the problem of power fluctuation in wind power grid connection,so it is of great significance to study the energy storage system used in wind power fluctuation stabilization.This dissertation adopts the storage battery and super capacitor hybrid energy storage system for wind power grid power compensation device,in the process of calm wind power fluctuations,enable it to meet1 minutes and 30 minutes scale interconnection standards.The research contents of this dissertation mainly include:(1)Study on real-time suppression strategy of wind power based on parameter adaptive low-pass filtering algorithm.First analyzed the different time scales of the definition of wind power fluctuation,and then combined with wind power grid power fluctuation index,set up two time scales relation model of wind power fluctuations,finally based on the model change filtering time constant of the low-pass filtering algorithm is put forward,and ease of wind power fluctuations,satisfy wind power grid power fluctuations in 1 minutes and 30 minutes fluctuations in two different time scales.(2)Research on Control Strategy of Power Distribution and transfer in Hybrid Energy Storage system.According to the characteristics of battery charge and discharge duration,high energy density and supercapacitor power density,rapid response and more times of charge and discharge,a two-stage coordinated optimal control method for hybrid energy storage based on different time scales is proposed in this dissertation.Firstly,a low-pass filter with variable filtering coefficients is used to initially allocate the power of hybrid energy storage system,and then based on the SOC value of super capacitor,fuzzy control method is used to complete the energy transfer strategy of storage battery and super capacitor.(3)The minimum capacity allocation method of the mixed energy storage system can meet the requirements of continuous wind powerfluctuation.First of all,to minimize energy storage system capacity and hybrid energy storage day charged variation of the minimum as the optimization goal,with super capacitor and battery as constraint conditions,set up the super capacitor and battery capacity configuration model;Secondly,combining the control strategy and optimization algorithm of the hybrid energy storage system described above;Finally,the optimal capacity configuration of the hybrid energy storage is determined by comparing the solution values.
