With the development of industry,the status of asynchronous motors is more and more important,and it will be used in almost every field.Without doubt,asynchronous motors provide the most extensive mechanical and kinetic energy for our daily lives.Once the motor fails,our daily production and life will be affected.If the failure is serious,it will lead to major industrial accidents,leading to the occurrence of casualties and other conditions.Therefore,it is very necessary to discover the fault of the motor in time and perform maintenance.In this paper,a motor fault diagnosis system based on Android platform is established,which integrates the advantages of both the Android-based smart terminal and the portable lower position collector.The Android fault diagnosis client uses the support vector machine algorithm to classify motor faults.Modeling,the user can view the diagnostic results of the motor running status at any time through the Android terminal device,truly realizes the convenience of diagnosis,and has certain practical value.Specifically include the following research content:Firstly,based on the electromagnetic theory of the motor,the four fault mechanisms of the rotor broken strip,stator inter-turn short circuit,rotor eccentricity and bearing fault are analyzed to determine the characteristic component based on the frequency spectrum of the motor stator current signal.And using support vector machine algorithm to establish the fault diagnosis model of the feature component,in order to further improve the accuracy of the classification and diagnosis time,this paper also proposed a cross validation method based on the algorithm and the genetic algorithm and particle swarm algorithm.With the optimization of parameter c/g,the classification accuracy reached 98.667%,and the simulated fault data was verified by MATLAB.Secondly,the lower machine collector of this system is designed.The lower machine is based on STM32,including software and hardware.The hardware circuit was designed on the AD15(altium designer15)software platform.The hardware selection and design part mainly includes the power circuit,signal acquisition and conditioning circuit,A/D conversion circuit,Bluetooth communication circuit.The design of the software part was programmed using KEIL uVision5 software,and it mainly designed the FFT algorithm,data acquisition and communication and other programs.The overall model of the data acquisition system of the lower computer was built.Finally,the Android client of the motor fault diagnosis system is designed in modules,including a Bluetooth communication module,a user login module,a Service background collection module,a motor status data analysis module,a motor status data storage module,and a motor operation status display module.The overall design of the motor fault diagnosis system based on the Android platform was finally completed.
