With the rapid development of mobile phones,mobile phone screens are getting bigger and larger,and more and more functions are being used.The power consumption is getting larger and larger,which leads to more frequent mobile phone charging.Each mobile phone needs a corresponding charger.Whenever the phone is replaced,the old charger is basically abandoned.At the same time,disposing a large number of old chargers will also increase the burden on the environment.Additionally,frequent charging can easily damage the charger's interface.For users,carrying a wired charger and using it for charging is not very convenient.Among them,the main problem is that most chargers cannot be used universally.Even if the power supply is the same,the interface is not the same,and even the same brand may be different and incompatible.In recent years,due to the rise of wireless energy transmission technology,its application in mobile phone charging has also been rapidly developed.Wireless charging of mobile phones has more secure,more reliable,more durable electrical characteristics than traditional charging methods.The coupling mechanism plays a very important role in the wireless charging of the mobile phone,and the coupling characteristics of the wireless charging power will directly affect the system efficiency of the wireless charging power transmission.Therefore,this article studies the coupling mechanism,mainly describes the working principle of wireless energy transmission and several equivalent models;according to the structure of several coupling mechanisms,the simulation software Maxwell is used to analyze the coupling characteristics between the transmitting coil and the receiving coil of different shapes.A mechanism suitable for power transmission of a mobile phone is obtained;in order to optimize the coupling characteristics of the coupling mechanism,magnetic materials of different materials are introduced,and the influence of their characteristics on the coupling mechanism is analyzed.In order to verify the characteristics of the coupling mechanism,establish a simulation system,build an experimental platform,and test the relevant parameters of the system to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the coupling mechanism.
