China has launched a series of development and research on new energy vehicles in recent years,such as blade electric vehicles,hybrid electric vehicle and fuel cell.Electric vehicles have become the trend of future development in the automobile industry.Other than their gasoline-powered counterpart,the energy consumed by the air-conditioners of electric vehicles'is 15%-20%of the battery capacity.There is no residual heat of internal combustion engines for heating in winter,which shortens30%-65%of the mileage of electric vehicles in the cold environment.The scroll compressor technology applied to air conditioning system for electric vehicle.Designed the quasi two-stage compression heat pump air conditioning experiment system for electric vehicle.Through the experimental research of heat pump performance,it provides quantitative data for the optimization of automotive air conditioning heat pump system.It has certain engineering application significance for the technical development of the electric vehicle air conditioning system.Quasi-two-stage compression heat pump systems have the advantages of high efficiency,energy conservation,micro vibration and low noise,lower temperature when compressors exhausting in cold environment,and system stabilization.These properties will bring electric vehicles distinct performance advantages.The author has carried out a series of meaningful research in the following areas:(1)Quasi-two-stage compression heat pump air conditioning system and the single-stage compression heat pump air conditioning system are analyzed based on thermodynamic theory.(2)Based on the characteristics of the electric vehicle air conditioning,the performance test bench of the quasi-two-stage compression heat pump for the electric vehicle is developed.(3)The experimental results show that the quasi-two-stage compression heat pump air conditioning system of electric vehicle is superior to the single-stage compression heat pump air conditioning system in heat capacity,COP_h and system function stability.
