After add a air-compensating circulation in the high pressure part of ordinary two-stage compression refrigeration system, it become the quasi-three stage compression refrigeration system, This kind of cycle can effectively improve performance and run reliability of ordinary two-stage compression refrigeration system in the low temperature conditions. In this paper, based on the status in quo of quasi-three stage refrigeration system. the performance of scroll compressor using in quasi-three stage compression refrigeration system is comprehensively analyzed.In this paper, firstly, the quasi-three compression refrigeration system and its working principle were introduced in detail. Considering the working mechanism of the quasi-three stage compression refrigeration system with scroll compressor, the mathematic model was set up, Determine the advantages of quasi-three stage compression refrigeration system compare with the two-stage compression refrigeration system.After detailed theoretical analysis, design the experimental project of scroll compressor using in quasi-three stage compression refrigeration system, and the prototype was taken a comprehensive capability test. By theoretical analysis and measured data, experimental result was verified and the method of theoretical analysis was corrected. Furthermore, the inherent law of scroll compressor using in quasi-three stage compression refrigeration system was comprehended. The results demonstrate that the cooling capacity of the prototype decreases with decrease of the evaporating temperature, but the decreasing rate is much slower than that of scroll compressor using in ordinary two-stage compression refrigeration system; the electric power input increases with decrease of the evaporating temperature, but its increment is very small, and Exhaust temperature is lower than scroll compressor using in ordinary two-stage compression refrigeration system. So the efficiency of the scroll compressor using in quasi-three stage compression refrigeration system is higher than scroll compressor using in ordinary two-stage compression refrigeration system, the run Reliability is better.This research will improve the working principle in low temperature condition of the scroll compressor using in quasi-three stage compression refrigeration system, extend the Use of time of scroll compressor.
