Since entering the twenty-first Century,countries in the world have frequent contacts in the economic field,and the pace of economic globalization is accelerating.Competition in all industries is fierce.The automotive industry has entered the stage of total quality management.Enterprises can enhance their competitiveness through improving product quality.ISO/TS16949 quality system as the product quality management standard in the automobile industry,it takes the quality of the enterprise as the core and combines the production activities of the automobile industry to establish a scientific and rigorous quality system,which can effectively help the enterprise to improve the quality of the product.However,the quality system has the characteristics of wide coverage and complex implementation process,the enterprises are frequently missing in the application process,and the efficiency of the quality system is low,which can not reach the expected effect.With the development of computer technology,all kinds of software systems are reused by various enterprises for their stability,accuracy and efficiency.Enterprises have gradually put into use a variety of software systems to clamp down the traditional mode of work.Therefore,it is imperative to build a quality control and management system suitable for automobile industry.According to the quality management requirements and actual production activities of a auto parts enterprise,a quality control management system based on management system mechanism is proposed.This system meets the requirements of the ISO/TS16949 quality system.ISO/TS16949 quality system is an important product of the comprehensive quality management stage.It inherits the characteristics of comprehensive,preventive,data and so on.It can realize comprehensive quality management for the production process of automobile products.This paper takes total quality management as the starting point,through in-depth study of it,to better understand the content of ISO/TS16949 quality system.This system is the product of the information of ISO/TS16949 quality system,based on the quality documents in the system and the actual production activities of the enterprise to construct the production process module of the system.Besides implementing task modules in ISO/TS16949 quality system,these modules are also organized into production processes that conform to production logic.The implementation of the system depends on the workflow technology.The workflow technology organized the scattered task modules into the tree structure according to the four execution modes of sequence,branch,parallel and loop.At the same time,the production activities of enterprises cannot be separated from the employees of enterprises,and the system constructs a personnel organization structure for enterprises.Through job and role binding and role and authority binding,we can assign workflow rights to employees.The enterprise staff can prepare,audit and approve the corresponding task modules in the workflow according to their respective privileges,to ensure the orderly production task.The quality requirement of ISO/TS16949 quality system has some discrepancy with the production process of China's auto parts enterprises.Therefore,on the basis of realizing the information of ISO/TS16949 quality system,the quality control management system adds the product quality monitoring module according to the actual production activity needs of the enterprise.The module includes quality monitoring methods such as raw quality data input,product quality data analysis,product quality experiment group,product annual comparison chart and product defect arrangement chart.Through the analysis of the quality data of the product,the product quality monitoring module can make the enterprise understand the quality of the product more intuitively,discover the existing quality problems and solve the problems in time.
