In order to face to the energy dilemma,people are finding new energy to replace traditional energy such as petroleum,colliery,and nature gas.Solar Cell is one of the new energy that people concern about because of the sunlight is renewable.Perovskite Solar Cell?PSC?is hot in search these years.The structure of PSC is conductive glass/electronic transport layer?ETL?/perovskite light absorb layer/hole transport layer?HTL?/metal electrode in general.The order of ETL is transporting the electron to the conductive glass from perovskite light absorb layer.It is significant for preventing recombination of electron-hole pair.This paper is about preparation and technology about ETL.1.First of all,we prepared different precursor solution of CH3NH3PbI3perovskite.We use the ratio of DMF and DMSO as 7:3 and 9:1 as solvent.Then we analyze and characterize the devices.The Perovskite Solar Cell with PCE of 11.50%is obtained by this work.2.Then we searched about the preparation and technology about ETL.We used two methods to prepare compact TiO2.One of the methods is using Titanium?IV?oxide bis?24pentanedionate?solution as precursor solution to spin-coating to prepare TiO2.Another method is using butyl titanate solution spin-coating then dealing with TiCl4 solution.We got the best precursor solution is 1.5M Titanium?IV?oxide bis?24pentanedionate?.Then we used acetic acid to etch compact TiO2 in order to make a rough interface to compact perovskite better.We change the etching time to look for the best etching time.13.23%of PCE of the best device was got.3.In the traditional technology of PSC,perovskite materials are hard to combine with compact TiO2.It made many hole in the interface.This is harmful to the PSC device because it makes electron-hole pair recombine there.We used ion adsorption method to prepare an ultrathin BaTiO3 film on the compact TiO2.The crystal structure of Ba TiO3 is similar to CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite.It plays a seed crystal to perovskite and guides the growing of perovskite.XPS charaterization was used to confirm the BaTiO3 on the TiO2 interface.SEM shows the improvement of the perovskite crystal.We change the cycle of ion adsorption method to look for the best condition of the experiment.Finally,16.1%of PCE of the best device was got.
