| With the development of economy,the traffic volume of highway has increased rapidly.The number of accidents involved with the impact between bridge pier and vehicle in various elevated urban roads is increasing,which has a serious impact on personal safety and social property.Therefore,it has a great significance to study the regularity of accidents on the design of bridge and its anti-collision device.Due to the rapid development of computer technology,the Finite Element Method stands out from numerous research methods and has provided an effective analysis approach for the problem of vehicle-bridge pier collision.In order to further investigate influencing factors of the vehicle-bridge pier collision process,the finite element model of the vehicle and bridge piers was established and the numerical simulation was carried out by LS-DYNA.The main contents of this paper are as follows.(1)With reference to an actual vehicle,a vehicle finite element model with a maximum mass of 30 t was established.The front part of the vehicle selected a constitutive model with a failure parameter and the rear part was a rigid body.As for the practical bridge project,a model of two-column concrete filled steel tubular piers was established and a HJC constitutive model,suitable for dynamic problems such as impact,was selected.By changing influencing factors,the numerical simulation of vehicle-bridge pier collision was carried out.(2)Considering influences of the vehicle on the collision results,the single variable method was used to analyze the stress variation law,the energy transformation form,the top displacement of the pier and the collision force at the bridge pier by changing impact velocity,vehicle mass,collision angle and collision slope respectively.Calculation results were compared with relevant norms at home and abroad.(3)Considering influences of bridge pier on the collision results,calculations of the collision were analyzed by changing the thickness of steel pipe and the diameter of the bridge piers respectively.Taking into account economic factors,the design of anticollision device for bridge pier in this paper was compared with that of non-anti-collision device,which shows the importance of anti-collision facilities for highway pier installation. |
