| Fully precast concrete hollow slab is the floor structure which is formed by the groud floor concrete being poured,weight loss-insulation materials placed,top concrete poured in the factory at first,and then being transported to the construction site.The structure system greatly reduces the amount of concrete usage,lightens the weight of the structure and increases the rigidity.At the same time its performance of thermal insulation and sound insulation is advantageous.Owing to being manufactured in the factory,mature and simple craftsmanship,avoided the wet operation on the construction site and good environmental benefits,it is suitable for industrial development requirements.In order to study the mechanical behavior of concrete hollow slab connected by monolithic seams,firstly an out-of-plane static loading test on two fully precast concrete hollow slabs in a practical project was carried out in this paper.Then four fully precast concrete hollow slabs were designed,manufactured and studied by static load test.To study the effects of the number of beams and rib arrangement on the stiffness,carrying capacity and deflection of concrete hollow slabs,the load-deflection curves,load-strain curves and fracture distribution of the specimens were compared and analyzed.Secondly,the nonlinear finite element software ANSYS was used to simulate the whole precast concrete hollow slabs connected by monolithic seams.To verify the correctness of the finite element models,the analysis results were compared with the experimental results.Based on the verified finite element models,the finite element models of concrete hollow slabs with loading method were established,and the influences of them on the mechanical behavior of the fully precast concrete hollow slabs were analyzed.Finally,based on the basic theory of the analogue cross beam method in Chinese concrete hollow floor structure code,fully precast concrete hollow slab with seams was equivalent to two calculation models of two-way beam system and one-way beam system.The bearing capacity of the specimens were calculated by the two calculation models.By comparison with the test results,the rationality of calculation results was analyzed,and provide references for the design of fully precast concrete hollow slabs. |
