FlexRay bus is designed for application such as vehicle line in control and power train control,automatic network reliability requirements and it is an international standard of fieldbus,its single channel data rate is as high as 10 MB/s,support synchronous transmission and asynchronous transmission,topology structure,a variety of flexible allocation of bandwidth between the nodes,and optional network monitor to make work more efficient.The Internet of vehicles is a concept established on the basis of the Internet of things,which can provide the technical basis for future traffic realization scheduling,self-organizing network among cars and other concepts.On this basis,each car individual is a part of network,both the provider of network resources and the users of network resources.So by analogy,threat of Internet can be likened to a vehicle network.However,security for vehicle network is more restrictive than Internet.Therefore,research on the safety transmission of vehicle data has strong market demand and wide application prospect.Based on the in-depth study and analysis of the protocol specification and data encryption methods of FlexRay,this study designed a secure transmission system based on the FlexRay bus protocol vehicle-mounted data.FPGA is used to design the communication of FlexRay data,encrypt the data of communication,improve the security of data,and add digital signature to further guarantee data security.At the same time to reduce the time delay of treatment process,optimize the communication time slot scheduling,and encryption scheme was optimized by using hardware encryption methods,improve encryption speed,reduce delay ensure that the system meets the requirements of vehicle data transmission.In this study,Altera company Cyclone IV series FPGA(EP4CE6E22C8N)was used as the core FPGA design chip,and the Nios II soft core processor was set up,and the hardware system of data security communication was composed of peripheral auxiliary circuit.Use verilog language design complete FlexRay bus protocol communication system and mixed encryption system,and use the Nios II collocation of soft core processor Nios II IDE eclipse software optimization and part of implementation agreement communication scheduling function and data encryption.Encrypted using AES data encryption transmission,in process of using RSA encryption part of AES encryption key digital signature,nodes and comprehensive advantages and disadvantages of encryption algorithm,mixed use,improve the system performance.This study for design of simulation and functions of data transmission system based on hardware verification test,the test results show that data of this study is to design and development of vehicle FlexRay encryption system can realize the FlexRay reliable transmission of data,data transmission bit stream conforms to the protocol specification;The designed encryption function is good,can accurately transmit the expected data,and the delay is short.The data transmission system has the advantages of high reliability,high performance and high security.
