Flexible production lines are highly valued for their high automation and flexibility.In view of that flexible production line for military component work in an aircraft military enterprise,this article has a destination,which can solve the problem that the conventional manual/semi-automatic cleaning method cannot meet the specific requirement of the part discontinuous cleaning of the flexible production line,research and design of the automatic cleaning spraying oil atomizer with the function of clean,air drying,and spraying of the rust prevention function,and conforming to the specific requirements of the part discontinuous cleaning.In this paper,the design of the electric control system of the cleaning spray atomizer is carried out,and the atomization characteristics of the oil mist nozzle in the process of cleaning the air drying process are studied.In this paper,the whole process of cleaning,air drying and anti-rust of the cleaning spray atomizing machine is analyzed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Through researching the literature,the advantages and disadvantages of flexible production line,the present situation and the equipment performance at home and abroad were analyzed,combined with the project background and control requirements,formulated the overall cleaning spray atomization electrical control system.(2)According to the cleaning task,the corresponding cleaning process flow is designed,and the hardware selection and hardware circuit design of the control system are completed,which meets control requirements.(3)Developed PLC control system software for cleaning spray mist mechanism,a clean,dry,spray atomization process such as manual/automatic control program design,and completed the design of the touch screen monitor,implements the cleaning spray mist mechanism for local and remote online between the two kinds of control mode switch.(4)Studied the atomization characteristics of oil mist nozzle during the process of cleaning air drying process of parts,and analyzed the influence of nozzle inlet pressure and nozzle aperture on atomization effect.Through researching the existing model of the oil mist nozzle of a company,the CATIA software was used to conduct the nozzle geometric modeling and then import the ANSYS Workbench software for pre-processing and complete the iteration and post-processing operation in Fluent.The results show that reducing nozzle aperture or increasing the inlet pressure of nozzle can improve the atomization effect of nozzle.After the test,the selected oil mist nozzle can meet the requirements of the spray cone Angle greater than 50.This project,called clean and spray oil atomized electromechanical control system,meet the requirements of specific cleaning tasks of the flexible production line,and effectively improve the cleaning efficiency of flexible production line parts.Study of oil mist nozzle atomizing nozzle inlet pressure and the nozzle aperture,is to provide a good basis for realizing the iron parts comprehensive injection rust.
