Jet atomization of the current application has very wide,but,by the quality of atomization combustion equipment for combustion performance and combustion efficiency is critical,in addition to combustion equipment,for some non combustion equipment,it is equally important to atomization quality,in all sorts of atomization way,air atomizing nozzle with better atomization quality,air atomizing nozzle set inside the nozzle of the air channel,through high pressure air spray powder,liquid made by atomizing liquid with smaller particle size,higher atomization quality.As for the quality of atomization is proportional to the economic benefits,so the atomization quality evaluation is very important,in this paper,the research is based on this,through experiment and numerical simulation of pressure spray nozzle atomization characteristics were studied.This paper through the CFD software to the flow of the internal flow field of nozzle for three dimensional simulation,used to study the performance of the nozzle,mainly including pressure distribution,velocity distribution,gas liquid product distribution,etc.Then,this paper builds a PDA platform for a model experiment,the characteristics of pressure atomization nozzle in the experiment under different pressure measurement atomized droplet diameter and spray cone Angle and so on atomization performance parameters.The experimental results show that: when there is no air power,uneven distribution of atomized droplet size is large and is the atomization quality is bad,particle size decreases with the increase of water flow;Fixed on air power,if the water flow,atomized droplet size decreases with the increase of gas pressure,stable after reach a certain minimum value,if the air pressure is fixed,particle size decreases with the decrease of the water flow,from the point of droplet size distribution,after adding air power,droplet size distribution is more homogeneous,there is no air atomization quality compared to help improve a lot.And,numerical simulation and experimental results are gained by the particle size distribution curve fitting is good.Research of this paper,combining theory with practice,the combination of simulation and experiment,hope for the atomization quality evaluation plays a positive role,as in the field of engineering and daily life related to the application of spray nozzle to provide a valuable reference data,in order to make the application of spray nozzle can produce greater economic efficiency,better social benefits.
