The civil aviation industry is an important strategic industry in China. It plays a leading role in the national economy. With the upgrading of residents' consumption structure and the continuous warming of tourism industry, the scale of airline business is growing rapidly, and its development needs a lot of financial support. In August 25,2015,Boeing released the current market outlook report. It is expected that China will need 6,330 new aircraft in the next 20 years, worth about $950billion,so airlines face huge financing needs. At the same time,it will increase the financing risk of airlines. How to prevent and control the risk of financing has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper first summarizes domestic and foreign relevant literature on financing risk, and then takes the Eastern Airlines as a case study, analyzes its various risks and causes of financing, and evaluates it with the efficiency coefficient method. The evaluation results show that the financing risk of China Eastern Airlines is higher. In the end, this paper puts forward some measures to prevent and reduce the loss caused by the risk, such as controlling the cost of aircraft oil, strengthening the risk prevention of interest rate and exchange rate, controlling the timing of financing, and optimizing the structure of financing.Through the research of this paper,it hopes to provide some reference for other enterprises or other enterprises facing financing risk,to help improve the financing risk management measures and improve the awareness of financing risk management. When choosing measures to avoid financing risks,we should proceed from their own reality and consider various factors comprehensively,so as to achieve the most effective control effect.
