Cable stayed bridge is a commonly used structure in long-span bridges.But its structure is complex,the traditional two-dimensional design has become more and more difficult to meet the requirements of the current complex bridge design,and a more scientific and efficient platform is urgently needed to adapt to the development of the current bridge.At the same time,how to establish a scientific and efficient construction method to improve the quality of the cable-stayed bridge construction and ensure the safety of the personnel in the construction process is the crucial problem in the construction of the cable-stayed bridge.The rise and development of BIM technology provide a clear solution for the existing problems in the design and construction of cable-stayed bridges.Based on the comprehensive analysis of BIM technology theory and taking the Yao Dong bridge as the engineering background,this paper studies the application of BIM technology in the design and construction of cable-stayed bridges.First,the standard library and full bridge reinforcement model of the core components of the cable-stayed bridge are established,and the BIM model of the main bridge of the prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge of the Yao Dong bridge is completed.The Power Civil model of the main bridge and the related components of the auxiliary facilities is established by using the PCL parameterized modeling and the solid modeling method under the Bentley platform.The parameterized standard library of some components is created,and the whole bridge BIM model is set up according to the spatial position relation of each component,and the Pro Structure model is set up,and Pro Structure is used.The steel model of the main bridge is established.Secondly,using BIM technology,the application and exploration of the impact inspection,quantity statistics,cable catheter positioning and quick drawing of the cantilever construction of cable-stayed bridge in the process of cantilever construction are carried out.Then,the BIM model is imported into the Navisworks software for analysis.According to the time parameter of the BIM model in the construction process,the 4D simulation of cable-stayed bridge construction process is realized.Taking the DGN file as the format of data interaction between the software,the model time parameters are given,the 4D model of the construction process of Yao Dong bridge is set up,the overall construction plan and the simulation of the process are completed,so as to realize the scientific control of the construction process of the cable-stayed bridge.Finally,the mode of DXF section is derived by cutting BIM model,and the BIM model is introduced into Midas Civil for structural analysis,and the reasonable cable force of the cable-stayed bridge of the rocking bridge is determined.The BIM model is imported into Ansys,and the finite element analysis is carried out.The method combining BIM software with finite element analysis software is explored.
