| The number of bridges in a country represents the economic strength of a country,and different forms of bridges bring different benefits to society.The technology of swivel cable-stayed bridges in China is very mature,but the research on large-span,heavy-weight swivel bridges is in the middle stage,and the research on rotating systems,balanced systems,and wide-span main beams of semi-floating systems is not yet mature.Therefore,the development of these technologies needs to be promoted based on a large number of actual projects.Based on the Longyan Avenue viaduct project,this project researches and designs the main girder installation and tower girder rotation construction of a steel box girder cable-stayed bridge with semi-floating system.First of all,according to the actual situation and engineering experience of the project to determine the installation technology of the main beam and the bridge construction technology.The main girder of this project is installed by the push-slip method with unequal support spacing.The swivel construction uses a rotating system with ball hinge center support as the main and circular slide as the auxiliary.Secondly,the finite element analysis of the whole bridge is performed by Midas civil software,and the stress and deformation of the steel box girder at various stages are mainly obtained;the cable force values of the stay cables at different stages are designed,and the temporary supports and traction cables are designed and analyzed according to the obtained results.Analyze and select the optimal material for production,and compare and select the maximum value for the design and analysis of the temporary support according to the load of the main beam at different stages.Finally,design and production of railway safety protection according to railway requirements.The results show that the main beam of the semi-floating system bridge is supported by a temporary support before the bridge is completed,and the main tower and the main beam are connected by a stay cable after the bridge is completed,and the force is better during the whole process.The push-slip construction is suitable for the small construction site.The partial assembly process is transferred to the factory and the assembly platform to ensure the construction quality of the main beam.The design of segmented guide beams can meet the additional stress caused by different spacing of the supports,and the lateral connection of the guide beams is the determinant of the overall stability of the guide beams.All temporary brackets connected by large-diameter steel pipes have strong stability and small lateral deformation of the bracket.Properly increasing the diameter is conducive to improving the bearing capacity of the steel ball hinge.The symmetrical arrangement of the four corner supports and the brace angles greatly increases the stability of the swivel. |
