| In recent years,the rapid development of China’s railway industry and the protection of railway safety have a bearing on the future development of the railway industry.Ensuring the safety of high-speed rail and passengers is the most important task for all roads.Doing this job puts higher requirements on the safety,reliability,availability,and maintainability of railway signaling equipment.Railway signal equipment is an important railway facility that organizes and directs train operations,guarantees traffic safety,improves transportation efficiency,and transmits information to improve the working conditions of traffic personnel.However,it also has some hidden dangers such as long multi-line length,scattered distribution,long operation time,many joints,and being vulnerable to external influences.With the rapid development of the railway industry,the situation of railway signal systems and equipment construction has become increasingly complex.However,at present,there is still a certain gap between the safety performance of China’s railway signal systems and other countries.In the past,when the railway sector researched related issues of railway signal systems,most of them lacked sufficient awareness of risk,lacked awareness of risk assessment,and did not combine risk assessment with the analysis of system problems.In view of this situation,based on the starting point of how to strengthen the safety risk management and control of railway signaling equipment in the research process of this paper,the risk assessment and hazard identification method applicable to China’s railway signal equipment will be explained,especially the risks involved in qualitative risk assessment technology.Two kinds of risk assessment techniques,such as map and method,risk matrix method,ALARP chart,Delphi method,the scope of application,the seven-step risk assessment framework in the quantitative risk assessment model,and fault tree analysis steps are highlighted.In order to better explore how we can achieve strict control over the safety risks of railway signal systems,ensure the safety and stability of railway signal equipment,and combine the current safety risk management concepts of China’s railway system,we have established a railway signal suitable for the Qinghai-Tibet line.The equipment risk and hidden danger investigation database deepens the dual prevention mechanism of safety risk management and safety hazard investigation,conducts advanced analysis of safety risks,layer-level card control,and finally realizes effective control and control of railway signal equipment safety risks,and enhances the Signal equipment application quality.However,after an in-depth analysis of this dual prevention mechanism,it was found that in the specific safety assessment process,it is necessary to carry out summary statistics on risk factors.Moreover,in the analysis and evaluation,the intuitive qualitative and quantitative analysis theoretical tools were not used,and there was no strong mathematical logic support.Therefore,on the basis of mastering the seven-step risk assessment framework,combinedwith the specific case of equipment reliability of a TKL automatic half-bar wooden road crossing that has been put into use for more than three years,the signal system risk of the crossing is analyzed and adopted.Analyze and define the importance of applying risk assessment techniques in railway signal systems.Combining specific cases and the actual situation of China’s railway construction,we will conduct analysis and research,base on the connotation of risk assessment technology,use advanced security risk management and control,establish a complete database,rely on scientific analysis and assessment,adopt targeted risk control methods,and gradually The establishment of a sound safety assessment system helps to achieve the ultimate goal of controlling railway signalling equipment safety risks and reducing railroad safety accidents and loss of life and property. |
