| At present,China’s high-density space launch mission has become the norm.The space launch site,as a key link in and out of space,bears test launches of launch vehicles and spacecraft,and provides technical support during test launches.Over the years,there has always been a key problem in the space launch site: How to carry out scientific overhaul maintenance of ground facilities and equipment,efficient daily management,and life-cycle status monitoring,so that they do not have problems affecting tasks during critical periods.In order to solve this problem,the research and construction of the space launch ground equipment information system was carried out.The planning demonstration,technical research,data analysis,and information system development and construction work were completed successively,and the construction level of the launch site informatization was greatly improved.The research content of this thesis mainly includes:1.Study and establish the overall framework of launch site informationization.Based on the status quo of the space launch site,focusing on the future development,in-depth study and analysis of the needs of the launch site information construction,the division of information level,structure level and application level,Clarify the construction content,function and technical path,formulate the technical framework,and construct a three-level network structure of “five horizontal and three vertical” frameworks and three-level network architecture of optical fiber backbone network,factory building local area network,on-site control and acquisition network,and lay the foundation for subsequent construction;2.Establish a space launch site database system.Research and analyze the data types of launch sites,solve data representation and storage standardization issues,design database storage structures for different types of data,and design database application and maintenance management models.The data analysis application model was studied.The general model of equipment state was evaluated by data depth method.The system situation assessment model was established,the comprehensive intelligence report technology was studied,and the foundation of launch site informatization data was established.3.A ground equipment information center was established and a ground equipment information support service system was developed.Developed a ground equipment monitoring system,equipment business management system and data service system to achieve centralized monitoring of equipment,online flow of business,orderly management of equipment data,comprehensive analysis of data,and other functions,to achieve digital equipment management,equipment business processes To increase the efficiency of equipment management;establish an integrated data service platform for launch sites to realize the standardization and unification of launch site data analysis and information services.4.The standards and specifications for launch site information construction such as ground equipment informatization scope guidelines,information collection standard standards,and ground equipment major access control monitoring center standards have been established.Since the establishment of the space launch ground equipment information system,it has integrated functions such as status monitoring,data service,fault diagnosis,and auxiliary decision-making.It has successively performed a number of spacecraft launching and satellite launch missions,and has comprehensively enhanced the space launch site technical support capabilities. |
