Under the new battlefield situation, the battlefield environment is more and moretransparent. The way of missile launch is changing, from fixed underground wells to theland-based mobile launch, which has high flexibility, good concealment and highersurvival ability. The ground mobile emission has a requirement that the launch vehicleshould launch at any time according to wartime needs after receiving the combatmessages. This technique requires the missile launch system must have strongadaptability to launch site, which means that the missile launch system can be firedanywhere, no longer rely on the pre-built launch site. In the process of missile launching,launch site supporting the entire missile launch system, as a result, if the bearingcapacity of the launch site can’t reach technical requirements, it will have a substantialsettlement deformation in the process of missile’s erecting and launching, which willnot only affect the stability of launch vehicles device, but also affect the reliability ofthe missile launch and initial gesture. Therefore, in order to improve the reliability ofthe missile launch, we need to rapidly analysis and measure the bearing capacity of thepre-launch site.In order to study the bearing capacity of mobile missile launch site, the authorinvestigates the forms of mobile missile launch in the world, then selects road mobilemissile launch site for the research object. As a background, the author researches theelastic foundation’s mechanical model and the load analysis methods for cementconcrete road.Secondly, the author studies the highway construction of our country and thelayered elastic system theory. And the author derivates the theoretical solution of thelayered elastic system model, study and solve the related problem of finite elementmodeling. Because the analytical method for calculation is too complicated, the authorchooses the finite element method for the analysis of the bearing capacity of the launchsite.Then the author builds a3D finite element model of the launch site based on thelayered elastic system theory which is the most consistent model with the highwaystructures. Then the author analyzes the launch site mechanical response in threedifferent conditions, and as a basis for the assessment of the launch site bearing capacity and the way of load. The innovation of this paper is to balance the initial stress of thelaunch site, so that made a more accurate analysis results.Finally, the author studies the factors of the influence on the bearing capacity of thepre-launch site. The author analyzes that how the thickness of surface layer andsemi-rigid base and the modulus of elasticity of the surface layer and semi-rigid base toinfluence the bearing capacity of the pre-launch floor. And then sums up the influenceof these factors on the bearing capacity of the launch site. The author also put forwardsome suggestions on the launch site selection and construction.
