In order to fully implement the "saving,clean and safe" energy strategy issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Bureau of Energy,it is necessary to improve the operation standards of coal-fired power units comprehensively.The key to carry out coal-fired energy-saving work lies in the study of energy consumption evaluation.In this paper,we take the coal-fired unit as the research object to improve the deficiencies of the traditional small index system,deeply analyze the working mechanism of the coal-electricity unit,and then construct the perfect unit operation condition evaluation theory.Our research is mainly reflected in the following aspects:The unit is a complex thermal system,which requires a comprehensive analysis from the whole.A single isolated indicator can not fully reflect the operating status of the unit.Therefore,this paper sets up an index system of energy efficiency evaluation based on the top indexes of water,oil,electricity and coal.The benchmark for energy efficiency operation was tapped with the lowest coal consumption as the target based on the historical data of operation,and then the concept of energy efficiency status was put forward.The random forest method was used to smooth the baseline values of the cross working condition.We adopt information theory to analyze the potential correlation information of the data to make up for the deficiencies of the traditional Delphi method and combining with AHP to construct the dynamic weight under different working conditions.Taking boiler efficiency as an example,we point out the shortcomings of the energy consumption analysis method.We calculate the deviation of different indicators,in which the degree of deviation not only reflects the current indicators of the operating conditions,but also reflects the historical average unit level,the deviation of each indicator combined with the weight of each subsystem can determine the degree of deterioration,so as to realize the comprehensive evaluation of energy efficiency status.
