At present,coal-fired generating units will continue to be the mainstream generator units in China,and most of the units are equipped with plant-level information monitoring and control systems that can implement on-line monitoring of various systems and equipment.The existing coal-fired power generation condition monitoring system focuses on the study of reliability,and relatively few researches on the monitoring of the energy efficiency of the unit are conducted,and most of them focus on the research of a single system,equipment,or parameter,and lack systematicness on the energy efficiency status of the unit as a whole.the study.Therefore,in order to further deepen the intelligent management of the unit and improve the overall operation energy efficiency level of the unit,it is of great significance to carry out energy efficiency monitoring system for coal-fired units.Therefore,this article focuses on the energy efficiency monitoring system of coal-fired power plants.By analyzing the functional structures of the various subsystems and equipment of coal-fired units,an index system that can indicate the overall energy efficiency status of the unit is obtained.Through the steady-state screening of operational data,the steady-state operational data of the unit is obtained,high-quality modeling research data are obtained,and data preprocessing is completed;an estimation model reflecting the energy efficiency status of the unit is established using a multivariate state estimation method.The effectiveness of the model is verified;the common energy efficiency status anomalies and their corresponding energy efficiency anomaly patterns are combed in each system to specify the direction for the subsequent detection and early warning of the energy efficiency of the unit;the actual and estimated values of the energy efficiency of the unit are obtained.Residues,thresholds of residuals under different operating conditions were analyzed,and the degree of early warning deviation of energy efficiency status indicators was calculated based on the principle of similarity.Sliding window processing methods were introduced to realize state recognition and abnormal early warning of energy efficiency states of the units.This paper studies the energy efficiency condition monitoring system of a 1000MW ultra-supercritical unit in a power plant,and uses the actual operation data of the unit to analyze the energy efficiency condition monitoring and abnormal condition warning.Through the above methods,the energy efficiency condition monitoring level of the unit can be effectively improved,and the early warning of energy efficiency abnormality can be realized.
