With the rapid development of wind power,wind energy has become the largest proportion of new energy power generation in China.However,due to the characteristics of the wind power,its volatility,randomness and uncontrollable problem is serious,grid power and wind power consumptive problem,have gradually become stumbling blocks restricting the power development.At the same time,whether wind resource conditions or system load capacity has a large gap with the countries such as Europe and the United States.Therefore,the pressure of "Wind Curtailment" of wind power in our country is especially obvious.In order to promote the healthy development of wind power,improve the operating efficiency of wind farms and reduce the "abandonment rate",based on the operating data of wind farms,this paper studies the data preprocessing,theoretical power recovery of wind farms and wind power characteristics analysis.The main research work is as follows:An important task of data mining is data preprocessing.The main research object of this paper is the data of wind speed and wind power obtained in SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition).The mechanism analysis,parameter optimization quadrant method and clustering algorithm are used to eliminate the abnormal data,and based on the piecewise Hermite interpolation theory to establish the model to fill the missing data,which has high precision and can meet the requirements of data preprocessing.Based on the data of wind speed and wind power after data preprocessing,the same type of fan is equivalent to a fan by calculating the wind speed and power mean value,then the theoretical power of the equivalent fan can be obtained through modeling.By using this theoretical power and the total number of wind turbines we can obtain the total theoretical power of the wind turbines in the wind farm.The power of wind farms can be obtained by summing the total theoretical power of different wind turbines for different types of wind turbines.Finally,the theoretical power of each wind farm is added to the theoretical power of the whole wind farm group.Based on the theoretical power recovery of wind farms,using the data recorded in the SCADA to establish a relatively complete index system of wind power characteristics,and the characteristics of the wind farm are analyzed.Then get wind resource characteristics,output characteristics and operational characteristics.
