The most direct impact of the electricity side sales reform brings to the power supply enterprise is the risk of losing past customers,and the focus of the competition between the electric enterprises is occupying the numbers of customers as most as they can.Improving customers' satisfaction to effectively avoid the loss of customer and increasing customer loyalty will help the power supply enterprise to adapt to the new market situation and to realize the long-term development.Based on the study of domestic and oversea literature review of the research and the methods about present satisfaction study,combined with the present situation of the power supply enterprise marketing service,it develops the satisfaction evaluation system of Jinhua electric power supply enterprise.It will conduct the customers' satisfaction survey in Jinhua market,and then according to the results,it will analyze the overall image,the meet of customers' expectation and the service quality of Jinhua electricity power supply enterprise.Thus this paper will use he KANO model to analyze the key elements,the improving way,the demand categories and the various demands among the different industries of electricity supply service.Finally,On the basis of stduying the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of jinhua power supply company by SWOT analysis model,the strategy of improving the marketing service of Jinhua power supply company is put forward.This paper aims at summarizing the marketing service improvement strategy under the background of power system reform through the research of Jinhua power supply company on marketing service satisfaction,which enriches the case studies on the theory of satisfaction of electric power enterprises.The research results in this paper not only point out the direction for marketing services of Jinhua power supply company,but also have a certain reference significance for other power supply companies to carry out marketing services.
