The bottom-gluing machine is a kind of mechanical equipment to realize the automatic paste bottom of the paper and yarn compounded bag.The frame of the bottom-gluing machine is the main bearing structure of the bottom-gluing machine,which plays an important role in the normal operation of the bottom-gluing machine.In order to study the characteristics of the frame and get its parameters,it is necessary to use the sensor for collect test signals and prepare for subsequent analysis of it.In order to obtain effective and accurate data,the modal analysis of the frame and optimal sensor placement must be studied in depth.In thesis,modal analysis and the method of optimal sensor placement are studied.The modal analysis and static analysis of the frame are implemented,and the corresponding optimal sensor placement project is provided.Modal test analysis is carried out to verify the performance of the frame and provide theoretical support for further optimization of it.The main contents of thesis are as follows:(1)The significance and method of the existing optimal sensor placement and modal analysis are introduced,the model of the frame is established,and the modal analysis and static analysis are executed.(2)The problem of how to select initial measurement points for optimal sensor placement by using sequence method is studied.Several commonly used initial measurement point selection methods are introduced.Two different three-dimensional spatial structures are used as research objects respectively.Three different types of optimal sensor placement criteria are applied to compare the projects that obtained by these methods.The project of sensor placement which using singular value decomposition method have the best evaluation in these comparison projects.(3)Aiming at the traditional method of optimal sensor placement,starting from the selection method of initial measurement points,lead into candidate point screening strategy and relaxation strategy,put forward an optimal method of relaxation sensor placement based on EI and MAC,and applied it to the frame,and obtained the corresponding sensor placement project.(4)This thesis reviewed the research status of cuckoo algorithm both here and abroad,and proposes a new elite cuckoo search with Gravitational search and Gauss perturbation(GGECS)aiming at the shortcomings of the cuckoo algorithm,such as the uncertainty of the optimization step size and easy to fall into the local optimal solution.The proposed adaptive control strategy is proposed,the step factor and discovery probability is adjusted dynamically,and the population is classified by using the Pareto Principle and use gravitational search and gaussian perturbation to the nest which belongs to different population respectively.In thisway to improve the population diversity of the algorithm,avoid the algorithm falling into the local optimal solution,and improving the optimization accuracy and convergence speed of the algorithm.(5)The optimal sensor placement based on intelligent algorithm is studied.The method of GGECS is used to optimal sensor placement.This method is applied to the frame,and the corresponding placement of the sensor is obtained.
