The safety production of railway has always been the focus of attention of the railway company.Successful vehicle anti slip is also an important guarantee for safety production of vehicle system.With the rapid development of Chinese railway in recent years,the railway operation mileage is increasing.The number of parking vehicles is miscellaneous.However,most of the railways are far away from the transfer rooms,and the vehicle anti slip always use four-hours manual timing.Because of the heavy workload and high intensity of field workers,they can’t monitor the use of iron arrester at all times.And the security conditions around the station are poor,which leads to serious safety accidents about the loss or the next road of iron arrester.Therefore,how to use the new technology to deal with the management and application of anti slip iron arrester has been a technical problem plaguing the engineers and technicians on the railway line.And the engineers and technicians have made unremitting efforts for many years.Based on the use and management of intelligent vehicle anti slip arrester in Lanzhou North Station marshalling yard,the new anti slip arrester and intelligent management system are researched and designed.The purpose of the system is to let the system be able to master the application state of the arrester in real time(such as the registration and reminding on the road,the iron arrester out of the cabinet or the cabinet,the reminding and registration off the road,etc.).And know the loss,dislocation and other abnormal situation of anti slide arrester timely.First,this paper designs and manufactures a new type of iron arrester on the basis of existing iron arrester.Through the investigation of the field work and the relevant technical regulations,the real-time positioning and remote data transmission modules are installed on the existing iron arrester,which can facilitate the system to monitor the iron arrester more effectively.In addition,the detailed stress and fatigue life of the iron arrester are carried out by ANSYSY software in order to ensure that the iron arrester have certain structural strength and service life.Second,this paper designs the intelligent iron arrester management cabinet.The management cabinet uses radio frequency communication technology to carry out the static management of the iron arrester in the cabinet.At the same time,the cable serial communication technology is used to transmit the testing data of the iron arrester to the remote management personnel,so that the iron arrester are perfectly combined with the arrester cabinet,and the arrester cabinet are perfectly combined with the the upper computer.In addition,in order to make radio frequency technology not fail in complex metal environment,this paper also probes into RFID’s ability to resist metal.And an optimalsolution is founded for the system.Finally,in order to better manage and collect data on iron arrester and arrester cabinet,the software development of upper computer is done by using Visual Basic 6.0.Through the backstage analysis and processing of the data of iron arrester and arrester cabinet by the upper computer,the remote administrator can know the related state of the iron arrester in time and put forward the corresponding management strategies,thus making the anti slip iron arrester management system intelligentized.The system has been tested many times in the laboratory and the station.The results show that all the functions of the system basically meet the design requirements.And through the feedback from the station personnel,the system can not only reduce the labor intensity of the personnel,but also ensure the safety of transportation,thus improving the level of the modern management of the station.
