As an important transportation tool in China,railways have obvious advantages over other forms of transportation,such as saving resources and protecting the environment,and railway transportation is related to the safety of our lives and property and the quality of our life.In order to adapt to the trend of the times,China's railway industry has undergone changes in "speeding up" and ushered in the era of high-speed railways.At present,our country has made a great deal of investment in railway,and the high-speed railway has ushered new opportunities.The high-speed railway stations as key nodes in the railway transportation network are also facing new challenges.A reasonable high-speed railway station can not only drive the economic benefits of the railway itself,but also make the travel of passengers more convenient and safe.Therefore,it is extremely significant to discuss the optimization of the high-speed rail site.By reading a large number of relevant literature at home and abroad,the current evaluation methods for high-speed railway site selection are too simple and the determination of the evaluation index weight is subjective.Based on the above situation,the paper puts forward the optimal model of fuzzy set mutation series scheme which is suitable for high-speed railway site selection by analyzing the form of site selection and the advantages and disadvantages of the existing evaluation methods,and it is verified by the case.The main conclusions of the paper are summarized as follows:(1)On the basis of the basic theory of scheme optimization,a three-tier evaluation index system of high-speed railway site selection is constructed,which takes the best site of high-speed railway as the target layer and the technical,transport capacity,economic benefit,social and coordination factors as the criterion layer,and takes the 21 main factors,such as station condition,line condition,construction difficulty and near-term construction condition as the index layer.(2)The optimal model of the site scheme of high-speed railway is constructed.For the qualitative index,the fuzzy evaluation method is used to quantify,and the initial membership function is obtained;For quantitative indicators,a range algorithm is used to convert the number between 0 and 1.On the basis of the processing of indicator data,the method of mutation series is improved and the optimal model of high-speed railway station plan based on the fuzzy set mutation sequence is established.In order to simplify the calculation and get the visualization results,the model is programmed in VB language.(3)the optimal model of the fuzzy set mutation series scheme is applied to the analysis of two examples in Yiwu area and Wenzhou area.The result shows that: Yiwu station,new Yiwu East and through the East side of Dongyang,new Yiwu East and through the north side of Dongyang in the Yiwu area of the Hangwen High-speed Rail,Yiwu station is the best solution;The West station of the airport,East station of the airport,Yao XI station and medical University station in the Wenzhou District of Hangwen High-speed Railway,The West station of the airport is the optimal solution.The results obtained by using the fuzzy set mutation series scheme model are in line with the actual recommended scheme,which not only provides a scientific method for site optimization in this research area,but also provides reference and guidance for other high-speed railway site optimization schemes.
