| With the growing awareness of the environmental protection of the people,the requirements for the environment are getting higher and higher.In order to reduce the environmental pollution caused by the construction of subways in cities,the shield tunneling method has become the main method for urban construction of subways.Shield machine as the main engineering equipment of the shield method has become the focus of research in various countries.Hob as the main component of the shield machine,its status in the work will directly affect the progress of the project.Hob wear is one of the main forms of failure of the hob,and it is also one of the main factors that affect the driving rate.Therefore,hob wear has become one of the important topics in the field of shield machine research.Through consulted the literature and construction surveys,there are many factors influencing the tool wear.The geological parameters,the tool structure and the excavation parameters during construction are all important factors that cause the hob wear.However,the factors such as the geological structure and the tool structure cannot be changed during construction.Only the excavation parameters can be controlled.Therefore,it is necessary to study the influence of the excavation parameters on the hob w-ear during construction.(1)The rock break mechanism、wear mechanism、failure form of the hob and the main factors affecting the wear of the hob are studied and analyzed.(2)The structure and type of hob are introduced.Based on the ABAQUS finite element analysis software to established the finite element model of the hob rock break,The modal analysis of the hob is performed to understand the working performance of the hob cutting.(3)Taking a metro shield construction as an example,the wear amount of the hob in the two-barrel tool change was calculated,and the wear amount of the hob per ring was calculated using an empirical formula.Impact on the hob wear that the speed,thrust,speed and penetration of the cutter head were analyzed.(4)The theory of orthogonal experiment was introduced and introduced.The orthogonal test was used to analyze the relationship between the rotation speed,thrust and penetration of the cutter head and the wear of the hob.Through the calculation of range and variance in the orthogonal test,the sensitivity of the three factors to the wear of the hob is obtained and theoptimal combination of factors is obtained.(5)Take the rotational speed,thrust and penetration of the cutter head as the input,and the amount of hob wear per ring as the output.An adaptive neural network fuzzy inference system(ANFIS)is used to establish the prediction model of hob wear.Network training was conducted on the logging parameters and hob wear parameters recorded.Then the hob wear amount is predicted,and the predicted result is compared with the actual wear amount.It is concluded that the adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system has important significance in predicting the hob wear.The relationship between input and output is obtained through ANFIS and the influence of tunneling parameters on the amount of wear is further grasped. |
