For the urbanization progress increasing,the three-dimensional rail transit system is applied to meet the needs of people in domestic and abroad.Shield tunneling machine plays a key role in rail transit construction process.According to statistics,cutters wear not only affects the construction period but also needs huge cost.Disc cutter is one of the most significant rock breaking instruments when the tunnel is under construction,its efficient and lifetime have great importance to the tunnel construction cost and efficiency.Therefore,it is the wear influencing factors research of disc cutter that has momentous meaning.The structure,category and three stages of rock breaking about disc cutter are firstly introduced in this paper.The stress distributions and wear forms are concluded.The rock breaking finite element model is set up through ANSYS.The stress changing state of disc cutter and rock is analyzed when the rock is rolled.The stress changing curve of vertical and rolling forces about disc cutter at different times is obtained.And it's verified by theory model.It affords theoretical basis for further wear analyzing.Secondly,according to orthogonal test,combined with the disc cutter wear rate model,the orthogonal test design table on radius,blade width,cutter spacing and cutting depth is established.Based on range and variance analysis,the wear influencing degree of disc cutter under the four factors is analyzed.Finally,based on genetic algorithm,optimization mathematical model about the disc cutter minimal wear rate is set up.Thereby,the disc cutter design parameters are optimized.Based on construction parameter in Nanchang Rail Transit,the result is verified.It has certain practice guidance to cutters optimization design and layout in shield machine.This paper declares that disc cutter force is a loading and unloading circulating one,so the impact resistance should be enlarged.And how the relevant parameters of disc cutter affect the wear rate is obtained and the relevant parameters of cutter ring are optimized at the unique geological condition.It has certain references and foundations to disc cutter design.
