Wide spread attention have been paid to renewable energy resources which is an important method to solve energy crisis and environment pollution for humanity.How to consume high permeability renewable energy resources and keep distribution network run safely and economically at the same time has become a problem we should solve urgently.When renewable energy sources access into distribution network,it will affect the safe and economic operation of distribution network because of the randomness and intermittence of its generation,and this is why traditional distribution network can't consume high permeability renewable energy resources effectively.However,The energy management technology of active distribution network which joint the supply and demand sides becomes a new method to cope with the access of high proportion renewable energy resource.The global optimization energy management system of active distribution network is the highest level of decision making units,and Its the key technical means for the implementation of active management of distribution network,so the research on it possess important academic value and practical value.This paper focus on the the dispatch layer in energy management research of active distribution network.Firstly,it built the dispatch frame of active distribution network according to the interact mechanism of supply and demand side.Then this paper construct the forecast model of distribution generation and load under the circumstance of uncertainty,as well as the demand side response model.Secondly,according to the interact schedule mechanism of demand side resources(such as flexible load,electric vehicle)and supply side resources(such as energy storage system,controllable distribution generator),the dynamic schedule priority evaluation system is proposed with the real-state information and history date of schedulable resources take into consideration in this paper.Based on the evaluation results,many kinds of schedulable resources is coordinate controlled to achieve the energy optimization dispatch goal,which included minimize the dispatch costs,maximize the utilization of renewable energy resources,as well as the promotion of the consumer satisfaction level.Thirdly,aiming at defects of particle swarm optimization,this paper improve the convergence speed and avoid caught in local optimal ability to balance the part and whole search ability of algorithm by changing the particle velocity update formula,as well as the introduction of disturbance and two nonlinear decreasing inertia weight.Finally,an typical 11-node distribution network is applied in case study.In case study,it settle three energy dispatch model:no priority,fixed priority and dynamic priority,two angles of the scheduling period and single time section of the scheduling results were compared and analyzed in this paper,and the results verify the effective of proposed energy dispatch strategies in decreasing the dispatch costs,improving the utilization of renewable energy resources,as well as the promotion of the consumer satisfaction level.
