In order to quantitatively analyze the ecological water usage of vegetation,rivers,wetlands,and urban ecosystems in the Hutuo River Basin(Shanxi Section),we quantitatively evaluate the combined effects of population growth,economic development,water shortages,and environmental pollution on the basin's water environment.Based on the hydrological,meteorological,and DEM data from 2006 to 2015,the ecological water use of each ecosystem was calculated and studied.The results showed that the total amount of ecological water in the river basin was 6.7×108m3?among which vegetation,river,wetland and urban ecosystem water were 1.49x108m3,3.68x108m3,1.45×108m3,and 0.08×108m3 respectively.The minimum and optimal ecological water consumption in the river basin were determined to be 2.34×108m3 and 7.32×108m3 respectively,and the ecological water utilization ratio ranged from 18%to 56%.A water demand model was established in line with the ecological environment of the river basin.The ecological water demand of the river basin was divided into two parts,namely,the inside channel and the outside channel.The ecological water demand of the inside channel included the ecological river basic water demand of 0.686×10m3 and the evaporation water demand of 1.23×108m3 infiltration ecological water demand 0.103×l08m3,maintain river water and sediment balance water demand 1.607×10m3;the ecological water demand of the outside channel is mainly 1.45 × 108m3 of water demand outside the river wetland and 4.091 × 108m3 of water taken out of the river,and the ecological water demand of the river basin is 8.03×108m3 accounting for 61.9%of the total water resources in the territory.The evaluation index system for the water environment bearing capacity of a river basin was constructed,and social economy,water quality,and water resources were selected as the criteria layer of the index system.The ecological water requirement is taken into account as an important indicator of the quality of water resources,with a weight coefficient of 0.019,which is at the higher level in 10 years,indicating a gradual increase in demand pressure.The AHP method and the vector module method were used to calculate the evaluation values of the water environment bearing capacity of the river basin from 2006 to 2015 and analyzed the dynamic changes of various indicators in each layer.The results show that the water environment carrying capacity of the river basin first slowly increases and then drastically declines,and the effect of the river basin sewage treatment measures is not significant.With the economic and social development,the pressure of water resources has gradually emerged.
